The Eight Movements of Yantra Yoga in a Chair is of enormous benefit both to those with physical limitations, as well as those who live busy but sedentary lifestyles.
Participants will coordinate breathing techniques with movements, while sitting in a chair, to gain flexibility and find a renewed sense of well-being in their daily lives.
Recommendations for participants: Chair with no arms; two yoga blocks would be very helpful, or some kind of elevation method - such as blankets or two same level cushions that are a little firm; loose clothing.
