The Practice of Natural Light will deepen our Dzogchen Presence and Awareness through the rich and transcendent methods of Semdzin, Rushen, and the clear light methods found in the 2nd edition of the book Dream Yoga and the Practice of Natural Light, as well as The Precious Vase. These sessions will also include an induction for Natural Light with a guided nap.

Michael Katz is a Santi Maha Sangha (SMS) instructor in the International Dzogchen Community, and the only Dream Yoga instructor authorized by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche. He has taught dream yoga for two decades in more than 30 countries, as well as Harvard University, Amherst College, Tibet House, and other institutions and organizations.

Michael is a psychologist, artist, and author with a doctoral degree in psychology from New York University. He is a long time student of Tibetan Buddhism and has studied with many of the great masters of this age.
