This workshop is for people who want to learn or deepen the wonderful practice of Green Tara as taught by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. It will cover a detailed explanation of the practice, mantras and melodies along with guided meditations (but not the 21 Praises or Action Mantras).

The course is open to practitioners who have received transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Yeshi Namkhai and/or are members of the International Dzogchen Community. The Lung for this practice will be given at the beginning of the first session via audio of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu saying the mantras. Copies of the practice will be made available online and for those attending in person.
