Many people today, especially young ones, feel lost, lonely, and helpless, experiencing uncertainty about what will come next in the world of conflicts and turbulence. It seems as if we have lost our confidence and inner strength, looking outside for help and support. Yet, what we are looking for, has always been within.

Through presence and awareness, we come to know ourselves deeply and find inner stability beyond hope, fear, and doubt.

In this short retreat, we will look at the limitations of our body, voice, and mind. By discovering inner blocks to awaken our natural state, we become more present and aware of our everyday life. We will also apply some simple methods of relaxation.

Everybody is invited and welcome to participate. Transmission is not required.
