Complete Breathing, Lung Sang the 8 movements for purifying the prana, & the application of Rhythmic Breathing/Kumbhaka

Complete Breathing, Lung Sang the 8 movements for purifying the prana,
& the application of Rhythmic Breathing/Kumbhaka
with authorized 2nd level Yantra Yoga instructor Paula Barry

We will start with Complete Breathing, then 9 Breathings for exhaling the stale air, followed by Lung Sang the 8 movements for purifying the prana, to discover and experience the different kinds of inhalation, exhalation, and holds that are necessary for working with and controlling the breath. We will apply this knowledge to The Four Profound Applications also known as Rhythmic Breathing, the pranayama of the second series of Yantra Yoga, a method for mastering the Kumbhaka Hold.

Paula Barry became a student of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 1982, and has taught Yantra Yoga since 1985. Paula became an authorized first level Yantra Yoga instructor in 2002, and an authorized second level Yantra Yoga instructor in 2008. She strongly believes that Yantra Yoga can be done by anyone with the desire to learn its profound principles.
