In this course we will learn and practice the foundations and preliminaries of Yantra Yoga.

Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan yoga of movement, is one of the oldest yoga systems in the world brought to the West in the 1970’s by the Master Namkhai Norbu. Its unique form of movement sequences, in combination with the different phases of breathing, helps to coordinate and harmonize our energy, obtaining optimal health and authentic relaxation of the mind.

“Yantra Yoga is a practice that anyone can find beneficial, and it can bring more compassion and understanding among people. When we are happier, we are more open to everyone and everything around us.”  - Chögyal Namkhai Norbu
